We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the item must:

Be unworn and in original condition
Include all tags and packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Custom items are not eligible for return.

Jeddah: 1-3 business days.
Other Saudi cities: 2–5 business days
International shipping: depends on the destination city.
All orders are carefully prepared and handled to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Each collection is intentionally produced in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and meaning behind every piece.
Once a design is sold out, it becomes part of our story.
