who's the customer who became a partner

Every brand has customers.
But PRECIOUS was never just about selling, it was about building something real, something that connected people.
And that’s how Hamza met Dhawi.

From the start, he wasn’t just another customer.
He believed in PRECIOUS from the first drop.
He bought every hoodie, every color, and whenever he needed a gift for his friends, it was always PRECIOUS.
Over time, he became more than a buyer. He became family.

Hamza and Dhawi started going out together, talking about ideas, designs, and life.
Hamza would always take his opinion, not because he was a customer, but because he understood the brand.
He saw PRECIOUS the same way Hamza did, as something built from meaning, not marketing.

Then came the Formula 1 weekend in Jeddah.
The city was packed, roads were closed, and orders for the Formula Hoodies were flooding in.
Hamza had promised everyone they’d get their hoodies before the race, but with traffic and chaos, even delivery drivers couldn’t move.

Then something happened that said everything about PRECIOUS.
Dhawi saw an Instagram story Hamza posted, overwhelmed with orders, and immediately Texted.

“I feel like you’re in trouble… do you need help with the deliveries?”
Hamza laughed and said, “Yeah! Like, what?”
And Dhawi replied, “I’m on my way.”

Minutes later, they met up.
Hamza handed him a stack of orders, names, and addresses.
And together, in the middle of Jeddah’s post-race traffic, they started delivering hoodies side by side.

That day, Dhawi wasn’t just helping out.
He became part of PRECIOUS.
He turned from a loyal customer into a real partner, someone who believed in the brand just as much as we do. And they're still partners and family till this day.
